Drain Cleaning & Hydro Jetting FAQs
Common questions about drain cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer camera inspections and service requests. The right approach depends on the condition, layout and access of your plumbing system.
Start with the problem you can describe
When you contact us, tell us which fixtures are affected, how long the issue has been happening, and whether the line has been cleaned or repaired before. These details help frame the conversation about inspection and service options.
Common questions
Should I snake or hydro jet my main line?
The suitable method depends on the blockage, pipe condition and available access. Mechanical clearing and hydro jetting are different approaches. Heavy buildup or a recurring issue may call for inspection before deciding what to do.
What if I do not have a cleanout?
Existing access through plumbing fixtures may be an option, or installation of a cleanout may be recommended. The approach needs to be assessed for the property; access is not guaranteed.
Can hydro jetting fix a broken or corroded pipe?
Hydro jetting is a cleaning method. It does not repair structural damage, correct an undersized line or replace a repair that the system needs.
When should I consider a sewer camera inspection?
An inspection may be useful when backups recur, the cause is unclear, repair planning is needed or you want information about accessible lines before a property purchase.
Can you provide an inspection video or report?
Our camera inspection service includes video and written condition reporting. Discuss the documentation and locating information you need when requesting service.
How soon can someone come out?
Call (407) 726-9053 with your location and the problem to confirm current service availability. No arrival time is guaranteed by this website.
Can hydro jetting restore a septic drainfield?
A drainfield concern needs assessment before a cleaning method can be recommended. Jetting is not a guaranteed way to restore a failing drainfield or a substitute for needed repairs. Contact us to discuss the issue and the appropriate service scope.
Does a service request confirm a booking or price?
No. The request starts a conversation about the problem, access, scope and availability. Appointment timing and price must be confirmed separately.
